MasterSeal 550 is a two-component acrylic modified cementitious coating that requires only on site mixing to form the ideal product to waterproof and resurface concrete, masonry, and most other construction materials. Simply applied by stiff brush, roller, or trowel, it forms a waterproof, flexible coating. MasterSeal 550 provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. Fluid applied, MasterSeal 550 provides a hard wearing, seamless, waterproof membrane for roofs and foundation protection. MasterSeal 550 is composed of specially selected cements, silica sand and reactive fillers supplied in powder form together with a liquid component of blended acrylic copolymers and wetting agents.

MASTERSEAL 551 EL is an elastomeric flexible, two component polymers modified cementitious system that requires only on site mixing forming ideal waterproof coating on concrete, masonry, and most other construction materials. When cured, a 2mm thick MASTERSEAL 551 EL membrane shall accommodate movements up to 0.5mm, or up to 1.2mm when reinforced with 100% virgin polypropylene woven fabric.  Uses Water-retaining structures subjected to movements  Basement-waterproofing To protect concrete from water, carbonation and de-icing salts. Nitocote CM210 provides a cementitious, elastomeric  waterproof coating with inherent crack-bridging ability.   Lokfix mix and place grouts are used for high strength corrosion resistant anchoring of bolts and bars from 12-51 mm diameter into concrete, rock, masonry or brickwork where high speed of installation and early application of load is required.  Permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, balustrading, barriers and safety fences, railway tracks, tie-back anchors, reinforcement dowelling abutments, ground anchors for towers, cranes, dock sills etc.
