Nerolac Perma Neroshield HDPE 1200 is a preformed high density polyethylene membrane comprised of a thick HDPE film, pressure sensitive adhesive and weather resistant protective coating. Hyperplas Polyester is a high softening point. APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane manufactured to highest standards.  It consists of a center core of Spun Bonded Polyester mat for extra mechanical strength.  The center core is protected on both sides with Polymeric Asphaltic mix, which has high penetration, high heat resistance and high softening point.  With high tensile strength, the membrane is still extremely flexible and pliable to adapt to contours.  For this reason this membrane makes an ideal waterproofer.  Hyperplas Polyester is also available with dual centre core of a High Molecular High Density Polyethylene Film.  This additional polyethylene core provides additional security strength.

ShaliSeal PS GG is two component, polysulphide polymer based, UV resistant, flexible, tear resistant, rubbery, self-leveling, gun grade, non-staining sealant, which adheres to most of building materials like cementitious substrates, aluminum, glass, wood, mild steel, etc. ShaliSeal PS GG cures at ambient temperature, has excellent recovery characteristics after extended period of compression / elongation with outstanding resistance to most chemicals, weather conditions, aging and shrinkage. It conforms to BS 5212:1990 Part I - Type F & Type FB (Flame and Fuel Resistant), IS 12118       Part 1 - 1987, BS:4254 and ASTM C 920.

CPRX Compound is a rubber based bituminous adhesive of brushable consistency.
n CPRX Compound is recommended for the fixing of expanded/extruded Polystyrene (thermocol), insulex soft boards and fiberglass insulation slabs for all type of structures where bituminous adhesive is acceptable. • It may be used to stick insulation sheets on to concrete, timber, metal or other insulation sheets. • It is particularly suitable for use in cold storage to ensure good adhesion to walls and ceilings and may also be used for sticking thermocol for insulation of refrigeration pipe work. • Special grades of CPRX Compound are available for fixing tiles, linoleum, etc. Advantages • Cold Adhesive, hence heating not required. • Brushable and easy to apply. • High bond strength. Application Methodology • Thoroughly clean both surfaces which are to be stuck together to ensure removal of dust and other loose particles from concrete, plaster or other surfaces. • Apply CPRX Compound by brush on both surfaces and leave the emulsion to “break” for 15 - 20 minutes. When the applied film turns dark brown to black, both the surfaces, which are to be stuck together, should be pressed firmly. • Press firmly with even pressure over the whole area which is to be stuck to ensure that no air remains entrapped. The adhesive will hold the sheet in place immediately but no attempt should be made to pull the sheet before 24 hrs. CPRX Compound requires 24 hrs. to obtain the full bond strength. So, no further work should be done on the completed surface for at least 24 hrs.
